The Challenge

They always have lots of courses to manage. They faced issues like tracking learner progress and keeping a smooth user experience. They wanted to charge subscriptions as well as course based ecommerce solutions to generate revenue. Also they needed questions within displaying course videos as relevant place to make it an interactive experience for learners.

Our Approach

We teamed up with the client to figure out exactly what they needed. This included:

• Redesign of LMS architecture using latest technologies
• Shifting and setting new better performing servers with WAF enabled and secure CDN based content delivery setup. Since the client has lots of high end users so security is one of the major concerns
• Redesigned neat and professional user interface which would be mobile friendly and fast loading. It made it easy for learners and admins to navigate the platform
• A strong ecommerce system was built and attached to the LMS to ensure seamless transactions
• LMS was built using PHP, Node js and Python depending on the site and features being implemented
• We added SCORM compliance to support different types of learning, like interactive modules and quizzes
• Our tools used REST APIs to give real-time updates for user compliance and learning deficiencies as well as course completion, and status updates
• Heavily relying on AWS Cloud services, we ensured the platform could grow with the client’s needs with flexible storage, network protocols and various solutions while keeping data secure
